Participants work with trained mentors while learning the basics of recording, songwriting, beat-making, and production in a supportive, structured environment. Alongside studio skills, youth receive guidance in goal-setting, emotional regulation, accountability, and healthy decision-making. The S.T.E.P.P.E.R initiative (SI) is a pillar of guidance and support for at-risk youth, mainly in juvenile facilities, schools, group homes, and communities in Colorado. Committed to breaking the cycle of incarceration and empowering young people, the initiative provides consistent, trauma-informed support that helps youth navigate challenges, make positive choices, and build a future beyond the system.

Empowers youth (ages 8-18) to transform their hobbies into profitable businesses. Participants learn fundamental financial literacy skills, develop their talents, and receive guidance on obtaining an LLC (with parental consent). We also connect them with resources to open a bank account, ensuring they have the financial foundation to grow their business.

We support budding writers in exploring screenwriting and book publishing. Once complete youth can copywrite their work and present to Hollywood executives, with the possibility of their script being sold or turned into a published book or movie by indie or major film companies

For young artists passionate about drawing and design, this program offers the opportunity to turn their artwork into wearable fashion. Participants create custom T-shirts and hoodies, selling them as a personal business or a school fundraiser

Royal Reset is Royal Mentoring Group’s recovery program designed to help individuals reset, rebuild, and move forward with purpose. Through supportive mentoring, practical life-skills coaching, accountability, and personalized goal-setting, participants strengthen healthy routines, restore confidence, and develop a clear plan for long-term stability and success.
