Fiscal Accountability & Compliance Team
The Financial Oversight and Operations Team serves as the internal body responsible for managing and maintaining the financial structure, fiscal accountability, budgeting, compliance, and operational sustainability of the organization independently from the Board of Directors. This team oversees financial planning, funding allocation, grant management, reporting, contracts, and organizational expenditures to ensure transparency, long-term stability, and responsible stewardship of resources. The team works to protect the financial integrity of the organization while supporting strategic growth, program development, and community impact.
