Simone Renee is a strategic leader with over a decade of experience in program development, community engagement, and nonprofit capacity-building, dedicated to advancing equitable outcomes for youth, families, and communities most impacted by systemic inequities. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to prevention, equity, and holistic healing and wellbeing. Simone has developed and implemented innovative, culturally responsive frameworks that strengthen organizational infrastructure, elevate youth voice, and foster environments where individuals can thrive. Notably, she spearheaded programming that integrates entrepreneurship with life skills to reduce risk factors and increase self-sufficiency, and led curriculums centering identity, belonging, and leadership among African-descendant youth.

As the founder of Royal Executive Partnerships, Simone partners with community-based andmission driven organizations to design scalable systems, conduct needs assessments, and provide technical assistance aligned with grant compliance, data reporting, and evaluation. Her cross-sector expertise and collaborative approach position her as a trusted leader in building sustainable, equity-centered systems of care.
