Xavier Davis is an accomplished community leader, mentor, and creative professional with more than 15 years of experience working at the intersection of juvenile justice, public safety, community wellness, and nonprofit collaboration. As President of Royal Mentoring Group, he has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to empowering at-risk and justice-involved youth through mentorship, education, and creative expression.
Through lived experience, Mr. Davis has successfully developed and implemented innovative programs that use music, film, and entrepreneurship as tools for emotional growth, rehabilitation, and leadership development. His trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach aligns with statewide initiatives aimed at reducing recidivism, improving public safety outcomes, and strengthening family and community connections.
Through partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and the Colorado Division of Youth Services, Xavier has become a respected advocate and practitioner in the fields of youth engagement, restorative justice, and positive behavioral intervention.
